Feeling comfortable and knowing how to interact with the digital ecosystem requires the acquisition and consolidation of a set of basic digital skills.

Luiss Digital Skills training offers students of all levels the chance to learn something new.

  • Students can visit the ECDL Test Center to earn certifications and related activities including video lessons and practice exams for undergraduate students looking to meet the pre-requisites for the computer science course.
  • In the Loft (Laboratory of Fabulous Things) on the last floor of the Viale Romania campus, students can take advantage of areas dedicated to technology, design and digital production. The space is open to all the University community.  With co-working spaces, a coding area, a photography studio, a video editing space, tech cinema and kids area, the Loft also has 11 iMacs and everything users need to produce professional videos and photographs, as well as 3D printers, Arduino and Raspberry PI.
  •  With the Luiss Academic Digital Gym students can sign up for courses on specific softwares such as Advanced Excel or MatLab, that are frequently used in the workshops of institutional courses. Each course is generally a series of 5 or 6 lessons, one per week.
