On Monday, May 30 at 11:00 a.m., the Viale Romania Aula Toti hosts a presentation of the Trasparenze, quattro forme dell’invisible catalog and the GIC – Galleria Itinerante Contemporanea project.
The catalog, curated by the Cultural Activities Office with texts by the 2014-2015 Art Workshop participants, retraces the Trasparenze series of exhibits featuring four light-permeable materials: air, glass, water and plastic, each explored by two artists under 35 in the Aula Chiesa.
The GIC – Galleria Itinerante Contemporanea project, inspired by the art workshop, aims to create dialog between students and art through permanent on-campus exhibits of pieces from Trasparenze.
Participating in the presentation are LUISS Executive Vice President Luigi Serra, Scientific Director of the Workshop Alfredo Rapetti Mogol, Coordinator of the Workshop Carlo Maria Lolli Ghetti, and workshop participant Cristina Bianco Chinto.
Other participants include students from Anonima Curatori as well as artists Emanuele Barbagallo, Giulio Cassanelli, Bruno Cerasi, Anna Di Prospero, Juan Eugenio Ochoa, Gianluca Panareo as well as the Director of IAGA International Art Gallery Angels Walter Bonomi.
Please register through the event page.
Participants will all receive a free copy of the catalog.
