The Bachelor’s Degree in Global Law offers a legal education enriched by a strong cosmopolitan dimension, combining the study of law with an in-depth exploration of the economics and management of technological innovation, thus providing a comprehensive preparation. The programme provides the skills necessary to successfully navigate the complexities of transnational regulation and prepares students to deal with legal issues in a variety of sectors and cultural contexts. This single Course goes beyond traditional areas of law to provide an in-depth analysis of the interaction between law, technology and the global economy. Students will learn how law regulates innovation, study international regulatory frameworks and explore the legal implications of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence and blockchain. The course also encourages students to develop a critical and analytical outlook, which is essential for analysing and solving legal problems in complex and changing scenarios. The focus on global governance and human rights also emphasises the importance of ethically informed and socially responsible legal practice.
The Global Law degree programme is spread over three years, offering a comprehensive education and the possibility, in the third year, to choose between three different specialisations, focusing on specific legal and economic areas, in order to gain an in-depth understanding of the dynamics of global business law.
