The Course at a glance

The Master’s Degree in Management is recognised worldwide for its academic excellence in preparing students to lead and innovate organisations in competitive contexts. Indeed, this programme combines advanced theory with practical application, enabling students to acquire essential skills in entrepreneurship, innovation and international management, as well as an in-depth understanding of business dynamics and strategies. The course emphasises the development of leadership skills to make informed decisions and bring sustainable growth and success to organisations. The teaching approach is characterised by the use of participatory methods that allow students to confront real-world problems and work together to find innovative solutions. In addition, opportunities for interaction with companies provide direct experience that further enriches the training.

Study programme and curriculum

The Master’s Degree in Management is a two-year course that provides a solid foundation in the principles and practices of management. The first year provides a common curriculum for all students, focusing on the core skills and concepts of management. In the second year, students choose a major that matches their career goals: Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Luxury, Fashion and Made in Italy, International Management or an Individual Study Plan tailored to their specific interests. This structure allows students to acquire specialised knowledge in their chosen field, preparing them to excel in diverse and dynamic business environments.

The Master’s Degree in Management provides a unique opportunity for students wishing to pursue careers in administration, strategy, organisation, human resource management and finance. Each major allows candidates to acquire skills, knowledge and methodologies in specific areas, preparing them for roles with a wide range of employers, including large corporations, multinationals, government agencies and medium-sized enterprises.

Graduates and employability

  • The employment rate of Luiss graduates 1 year after graduation is 96%. 
  • The average waiting time between graduation and first job is 1 month. 64% of employed graduates already have an offer before graduating.

Tuition fees, scholarships and benefits

The single annual fee envisaged for enrolment in the Master’s Degree in Management is €15,300.00 (divided into 3 instalments*) and regional tax. 

 Luiss offers scholarships and partial or total exemptions from university fees, also thanks to the support of public and private partners. Both male and female students have access to concrete support during their academic career. In addition, the University has entered into agreements with Italian banking institutions to offer flexible financing without collateral.
