Luiss Professor Gian Domenico Mosco is part of a group of experts selected by the Italian Ministry of Economic Development to define a national strategy on blockchain and artificial intelligence.
"I believe it is important to work from a variety of different points of view and with different skills, including legal know-how, on topics like these," explains Professor Mosco. He adds: "Blockchain touches on a number of regulatory issues in the FinTech world, for example, intellectual property, entrepreneurship, smart contracts, real estate transactions, as well as in a variety of fields where the technology is bound to spread and change both the economic scene and everyday life."
Gian Domenico Mosco is Professor of Commercial Law with the Luiss Department of Law and Director of Luiss DREAM and the Luiss hub of the Consorzio CINI Cybersecurity Laboratory.
