Data Protection LUISS Law

In June 2017, the LUISS School of Law inaugurates a new executive course in European Data Protection Law in partnership with Google and directed by professor of Constitutional Law Raffaele Bifulco, and Professor Francesco Pizzetti, former president of the Italian Data Protection Authority. The course is offered exclusively in Italian.

Divided into seven weekend modules from June until October 2017, the course trains specialists in data protection according to new European regulations (679/2016) and the introduction of a new role as data protection officer in both the private and public spheres.

Thanks to the participation of instructors, experts and members of the Google team, the course offers advanced knowledge on:

  • New data protection regulations
  • Developments in technology and IT services and systems
  • Security

The partnership with Google also includes 3 full-tuition scholarships for recent graduates as well as 3 full and 15 partial scholarships for young professionals.

To participate in the course, candidates must have a laurea triennale or equivalent and complete the online application, complete with professional and academic résumés, a motivational letter and transcripts.
