Luiss, in collaboration with the Zegna Foundation, opens the call for pre-selection of candidates for the “Ermenegildo Zegna Founder’s Scholarship”. The programme offers scholarships for study and research abroad to promising youth.
Supported by the Zegna Foundation, the initiative is designed for Luiss undergraduates, recent graduates, doctoral students, and PhDs who demonstrate academic excellence, leadership potential, and a concrete project to contribute to Italy’s future after their international experience.
Awardees and how to apply
To be eligible for pre-selection, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be Italian citizens or foreigners who were raised in and currently reside in Italy.
- Fulfil the academic requirements outlined in the call (minimum grade, degree completion dates, maximum age).
- Have completed, or be on track to complete at least a Bachelor’s degree (by July 2025).
- Be admitted to a study or research programme at a leading international institution.
In all cases, the Selection Committee pays special attention to applications from young individuals from educationally or economically disadvantaged backgrounds, when awarding scholarships.
The required documentation, including a CV, a motivational letter and any additional attachments specified in the call for applications, must be sent in a single PDF file to prorettorericerca@luiss.it by 13 March 2025.
