Luiss is proud to announce that it is the recipient for new European funding for the project BETKOSOL - Better Knowledge for better Solution submitted by Professor of Administrative Law Aldo Sandulli under the Hercule III Programme, managed by the European Anti-Fraud Office (OLAF).

The project aims to investigate the limits and perspectives of an improvement of the current regulatory framework in the fight against frauds affecting EU financial interests, in particular in the social, health and economic sectors and taking into account the impact that the COVID-19 crisis has triggered. A strategy to improve the long-term outcomes of the European anti-fraud policy in a comparative perspective will be proposed.

The research of comparative law, which will last 18 months, is conducted by Luiss and also involves the Gent University as an important research expert. The National Anti-corruption Authority (ANAC) and the Lazio Region, for Italy, also collaborate on scientific research activities.
