Reference Center: Research Center for International and Strategic Studies

Website

The CCPS is an interuniversity observatory in collaboration with the University of Salento, adopting a multidisciplinary perspective while primarily situated within the fields of critical sociology and studies on social conflict, political participation, media, and democracy.

CCPS aims to promote, carry out, and/or participate in fundamental, applied, and purpose-driven research projects at the international, national, regional, and local levels. It also engages in scientific research support, consultancy, and training activities for public and/or private entities regarding specific issues related to the areas of expertise of the Center’s affiliated researchers.

The CCPS takes part in the activities of major scientific associations and societies, promotes the establishment of international research networks, supports the academic development of early-career researchers, organizes seminars and conferences, and publishes papers and volumes that disseminate the outcomes of its research initiatives.
