How to Make Work Groups Really Work
On Tuesday, May 13, from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM, in the Toti Hall of the Viale Romania campus, there will be an informative seminar titled "One for All... but Each for Themselves? Stories of Work Groups and Some Tools to Make Them Work", dedicated to the theme of effective collaboration in group contexts.
Organized as part of the "PRO-BEN Lazio 2" project (CUP Luiss I53C24001330001), the meeting stems from the concrete experience of many students who, although involved in numerous group projects during their university studies, often face difficulties in cooperation: misunderstandings, imbalances in workloads, and lack of coordination.
The goal of the seminar is to offer a participatory space to share experiences and stories, accompanied by moments of theoretical reflection and practical guidelines for building and maintaining effective and satisfying work groups.
Speakers:
- Laura Cirillo Guidetti, Psychologist trained at the Italian Institute of Group Psychoanalysis; Psychologist for Luiss Counseling Service Luiss Ti Ascolta
- Dario Fusco Femiano, Psychologist and psychotherapist, associate of the Italian Institute of Group Psychoanalysis; Psychologist for Luiss Counseling Service Luiss Ti Ascolta
The initiative is aimed at all students interested in enhancing their relational and collaborative skills, to make the most of group experiences planned in their academic journey.
