LUISS Career Services and the LUISS Desk in Brussels have collaborated to offer graduating students new international internship opportunities.
Four LUISS students have been chosen for internships with the office of a Member of the European Parliament, as well as three European Commission Directorates-General: DG GROW, DG SANTE and DG FISMA.
These programs will allow students concluding their master’s programs to gain experience in Brussels for three to six months. Interns will work in close contact with EC policy officers in the fields of industry, business enterprise, small business development, health, food safety, financial stability, financial services and capital market union.
This program is a part of the University’s internationalization project, as was the March 25, 2015 presentation of LUISS philosophy and initiatives at the Italian Embassy to the European Union. During the meeting, led by Executive Vice President Luigi Serra, and Provost Massimo Egidi and Vice Provost Paola Severino, the Directors of three European-minded Schools, Sergio Fabbrini (School of Government), Marcello Messori (LUISS School of European Political Economy) and Enzo Moavero Milanesi (LUISS School of Law), introduced the Schools’ projects and programs.
