Today, Tuesday, November 17, 2015, Assopetroli Assoenergia and LUISS signed a Memorandum of Understanding. This agreement will allow near-graduates to perform internships through the association and will involve Assopetroli Assoenergia in teaching and evaluating students from the Master in Management of the Energy Industry from the LUISS Business School.
This agreement will put students and graduates in contact with businesses to favor their transition to the labor market while combating educational misalignment that impedes businesses in finding candidates with the necessary knowledge.
The goal of the project is to train young people in order to speed up the process and lower the cost of finding staff by training a target audience according to the needs of the sector.
The Memorandum was signed by Rector Massimo Egidi and General Manager Giovanni Lo Storto on behalf of LUISS and for Assopetroli Assoenergia, President Andrea Rossetti and General Secretary Madi Gandolfo.
