December 7- 9, 2015, LUISS competed as a finalist at the Reimagine Education Awards 2015 in Philadelphia, a prestigious international event sponsored by the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School and QS Stars.The University was a candidate in the category Nurturing Employability with a project entitled Strengthening Students’ Employability: Biography of the Student.

Launched in 2014-2015, the Biography of the Student designs a tailor-made paths for each student based on their aspirations, objectives and specific requirements of the job market. Integrating traditional lessons with extracurricular activities, Soft Skills, the Academic Gym and Adoption Lab, the program enriches and completes students' profiles with professional skills that are ever more requested on the international career scene.

 Every year, Reimagine Education highlights the most innovative projects in the field of higher education, evaluated by a jury of 40 experts during an international conference for academics, university directors, EdTech leaders and venture capitalists from around the world.

This year, 520 universities and enterprises from 50 countries applied to the competition. Of the 20 shortlisted projects, LUISS and Università Ca' Foscari Venezia were the only Italian universities.
