Franco Modugno LUISS

On Wednesday, December 16, 2015, the Italian Parliament elected Franco Modugno, Professor of Legal Methodology at the LUISS Department of Law to the Constitutional Court.

Nominated alongside Professors Augusto Barbera and Giulio Prosperetti, Professor Modugno is the director of journals Giurisprudenza Italiana and Diritto e Società and is a member of the board of directors of the journal Giurisprudenza Costituzionale.
