LUISS graduate Francesco Paglione is Vice President of Human Resources for Casavo, a real estate investment firm.
Francesco completed a bachelor’s degree in Political Science, with a major in Government Affairs, in 2012 with Professor Lorenzo Infantino. “He was more than a thesis advisor, he was a life coach. He helped me understand that completing my degree was an important milestone, that there would be several more and that I shouldn’t stop because you never finish learning."
After a master’s program, Francesco began working, first with recruitment agency Michael Page, then with Ernst&Young and L'Oréal.

Francesco explains that his LUISS education gave him both theoretical and practical tools that helped him enter the workforce with confidence. “Without a doubt, I learned to be resilient and to leave my comfort zone. I was taught that making mistakes only makes us more human, not more fragile.
