Running towards the future: Luiss Rector Andrea Prencipe

Andrea Prencipe was nominated Luiss Rector in June 2018 and is Professor of Organization and Innovation with the Department of Business and Management.

From 2016 until 2018, Professor Prencipe acted as Luiss Deputy Rector: "I chose Luiss because it is a university that is open to the world and international. It is also open to the world of institutions and business."

With a bachelor's in Economics and Commerce at the G. D'Annunzio University, Prencipe earned a master's degree in Innovation Management from the Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna di Pisa and a Ph.D. in Technological Strategy from the Science Policy Research Unit at the University of Sussex. 

Professor Prencipe is known worldwide for his knowledge of managing technological and organizational innovation. He has been a visiting professor at Rotterdam School of Management, the BI Norwegian School of Management in Oslo and Honorary Professor at the Science Policy Research Unit of the University of Sussex.
