Professor Alessandro Zattoni is the Director of the Luiss Department of Business and Management where he teaches Economics and Business Management.

Professor Zattoni's area of research is Corporate Governance: "I try to understand what a company's goals should be, who should be in control and how to design governing mechanisms."
He is also Editor-in-Chief of the journal Corporate Governance: An International Review and member of the Editorial Review Board of the Journal of Management & Governance and the Journal of Management Studies.
His biggest passion is traveling, in all shapes and forms: from reading a book to visiting a museum or meeting very different people.
