On November 21, Luiss University and King’s College London signed a strategic memorandum of agreement to partner on Double Degree programs.
“This adventure began two years ago when we learned we shared values and ambitions. We hope this agreement will create an even stronger connection between the two universities and countries,” said Luiss Vice President Paola Severino.
The partnership was signed by Luiss Rector Andrea Prencipe and Vice President of King’s College Funmi Olonisakin.
“Luiss and King’s College are so different and from this diversity we can learn a lot. This agreement is not an end point, but a new beginning to work together,” commented Prencipe.
“Experiences that can change lives begin with individuals that share ideas and values, and we both believe in excellence,” added Olonisakin.
Also present at the signing ceremony were Deputy Head of Mission Italy Eleanor Sanders, Luiss Deputy Rector for Internationalization Raffaele Marchetti, Director of the Department of Business and Management Alessandro Zattoni, Director of the Department of Political Science Sergio Fabbrini and the King’s College Executive Dean of the Faculty of Social Science and Public Policy Frans Berkhout.
Luiss and King’s College further consolidate their collaboration which already includes participation in the Social Sciences University Network, launched in Rome on November 4, and the Executive Program on European Capitals in collaboration with the Hertie School of Governance in Berlin and Sciences Po in Paris.
