On October 14 2020, Luiss and the State Property Administration for Italy have signed a scientific-academic accord with the aim of developing research projects and analyzing topics of mutual interest. The accord was signed by Luiss General Director Giovanni Lo Storto alongside his counterpart at the Agency, Antonio Agostini.
The partnership provides for credit-earning internships with the goal of bringing students and new graduates into the Agency. The relationship means working on projects, evaluating current initiatives, ushering in firsthand experiences while aiding the work done through Luiss AdoptionLab programs; an initiative allowing students and grads to "shadow" the work carried out by those in the Agency.
The parties will work together on pursuing teaching and joint research projects with executives at the Agency who in turn will bring firsthand expertise to classrooms and post-graduate Masters' students. Students in key programs such as Politics of Cultural Heritage and Real Estate at the Luiss Business School will gain increased exposure as will those pursuing a Master's Degree in Public Administration and Governance in the Luiss School of Government.
