On Tuesday, November 17 at 5:00 pm, Luiss hosts A New Geography of Art, during which the first Statement of Art Ethics will be presented— a two-year art research and production project born from a collaboration between the Donnaregina Foundation for Contemporary Art – Museo Madre in Naples and the Luiss Business School Osservatorio Ethos.

Guest speakers are Ghanian artist Ibrahim Mahama, architect and designer  Massimiliano Fuksas, and Director of the Scientific Board of Fondazione Orestiadi Francesca Maria Corrao. Welcoming participants are Luiss General Manager Giovanni Lo Storto, Director of Osservatorio Ethos Sebastiano Maffettone and President of the Donnaregina Foundation for Contemporary Art – Museo Madre Laura Valente.  Introducing the event are Gianluca Riccio and Kathryn Weir, Curators of the Art-Ethics Statement #1.

Art-Ethics is an art research and production project based on a completely original collaboration model between the museum of contemporary art and the university research center and aims to examine interdisciplinary research practices in relation to contemporary ethics themes.

The event will be transmitted live over the University’s Facebook and YouTube account.
