How to Make Working Groups Truly Effective.
On Friday, June 13, from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM, the informational seminar “The Group as a Space for Work and Learning” took place in the Tutor Room at the Viale Romania Campus, focusing on strategies for effective collaboration within group settings.
Organized as part of the “PRO-BEN Lazio 2” project (CUP Luiss I53C24001330001), the event aimed to raise awareness among the Luiss tutoring service about group dynamics, with the broader goal of supporting students who often face challenges balancing academic demands and psychological well-being throughout their university experience.
The seminar provided a participatory environment where attendees could share personal experiences, reflect on group-related challenges, and gain both theoretical insights and practical tools to create and sustain effective, rewarding working groups.
The session was led by Dario Fusco Femiano, psychologist and psychotherapist, associate of the Italian Institute of Group Psychoanalysis and collaborator with the Luiss Ti Ascolta support service.
